The Menu
We took great pleasure in imagining this menu made up of the essentials of Maison Mulot and completed with our salads created specifically for the Café Mulot. Our goal? To offer you a cuisine based on taste, simplicity, quality, and generosity. All our dishes are the fruit of the work of both nature and humans. They vary depending on the season, the terroir, the people, or the lifestyle.
All our creations are created according to time-honored traditions in our workshops and coordinated by our Chef Jérôme Dutois be they bakery, pastry, or catering items. Final preparation is done at Café Mulot.
Our Artisan Partners
We take particular care in selecting the finest products. Our French producers have been working with us for a long time to provide us only with quality local and seasonal products. Our flour is organic and comes from a mill in Ile de France, the Moulin Bourgeois. Our butter "La Viette" is PDO Charentes-Poitou, some fruit comes from the Lorraine orchard of Fabien Rouillard himself. The Chocolaterie de l'Opéra selects the best cocoa for us. The meat is organic and raised in the Aubrac region by Beaugrain, butcher-breeders. The fish comes from a sustainable fishery and is selected by Soguisa fishmongers, the Scottish salmon is wild, the Guérande salt comes to us from a salt artisan, Lionel Charteau, working in the traditional way, and the olive oil from Alexis Munoz.
Cafés San José and Le Parti du Thé are our partners for the comforting drinks. The fruit juices come from Alain Milliat, sustainable juices in the Drôme. The Taittinger House is accompanying us in this project with its excellent champagne, which completes a beautiful wine list composed with the Trois fois Vin cellar.
